Stephen is the Executive Director responsible for overseeing daily operations of the community, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents and achieving high resident satisfaction. He has been in the healthcare industry, in leadership roles both as an administrator and regional, for over 15 years. Stephen has worked for several regional and national providers of assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and behavioral throughout Michigan and Ohio including Rae-Ann, Sovereign Health Care, Foundation Health Care, Concord Health Care, Communicare and Diversicare. During his long and distinguished career, Stephen has achieved, among other honors, recognitions for high resident and associate satisfaction, full capacity, successful leadership, low associate turnover and deficiency free surveys. Stephen is a licensed nursing home administrator. He attended SUNY Oswego and graduated with degrees in business administration and human resources.
Jennifer is the Wellness Director responsible for overseeing resident health care services, the medication delivery system, in-service training of the Health Services Department and conducting assessments.
Community Relations Director
Katelyn is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and has helped numerous families find placement for their loved ones. She started her healthcare career around 10 years ago as a Resident Care Assistant and First Impressions Coordinator before becoming Admissions Coordinator, Business Development Coordinator and Marketing Director for various providers of skilled nursing and assisted living throughout Ohio. Katelyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Families Studies, with a concentration in Gerontology, from Kent State University. She loves working with seniors and their families in order to guide them through the process; maintaining relationships with physicians, social workers and case managers to find the best solution for our senior adults; and acting as a hospital liaison between the community, case manager and resident to help bring them back home to Bloom.
Business Office Manager
Shari is the Business Office Manager responsible for maintaining day-to-day business office operations and procedures, including payroll, rent deposits and resident billing.
Life Enrichment Coordinator
Donnette is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery.
Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping
Nick is the Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping responsible for maintenance, repairs and improvements to our residents’ home, as well as, keeping our residents' homes and surroundings in a clean, comfortable and safe condition. He is a dedicated and professional, self-motivated achiever who simply gets the job done. Nick is respectful and pays attention to detail ensuring our residents are happy and proud to call our community home. He loves working and interacting with our residents and families on a daily basis to ensure our residents are safe and happy.
